Job summary

Qualifications
- BS in chemical or paper engineering or related field is required.
- 0–4 years of process engineering experience or in the paper industry.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and valid driver's license.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Support mill safety, environmental, quality, and product safety expectations.
- Develop methods to track performance and identify savings opportunities.
- Optimize processes through studies, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and contractors for modifications and projects.
- Provide technical direction and solutions for control systems and PLCs.
