Company / Project Description / Business Driver

Team of Process Engineers - process design, improvement, and automation initiatives supporting the wireless enterprise including Network Engineering, Network Transport, Cloud Engineering, RAN Engineering, Core Engineering, CI/CD Automation, National RF Engineering, Device Technology, Network Planning and Capacity, Labs and Network Testing, Partner Delivery, Supply Chain, Wireless Construction, Customer Operations, Commercial Product, and all Regional teams including Local RF Engineering, and Field Engineering.

Developing and deploying process automation through a generative AI platform. Identifying and establishing key performance metrics in alignment of key strategic initiatives and voice of the customer.
