Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience supporting automated manufacturing and filling equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and perform preventive maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide on-line technical support during line operation and adjustments.
• Assist with line changeovers and equipment setup.
• Support spare parts management and inventory.
• Investigate failures and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze equipment performance for reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to resolve challenges.
• Ensure activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance and improvement activities.
