Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking an engineer to support a new cold plates production line for advanced electronics and data center cooling in Michigan. You will contribute from prototype to repeatable low-volume production and work with customers, suppliers, and internal manufacturing groups.

The role offers a path toward an Operations Manager position as the team expands and the manufacturing capabilities mature.

Qualifications

• Experience in process engineering for aluminum fabrication is preferred.
• Ability to interface with customers, suppliers and manufacturing groups.
• Willingness to contribute to new production of cool plates from prototype to small-batch.

Responsibilities

• Support new manufacturing for cold plates production used in data center cooling.
• Take production from prototype build to repeatable low volume production.
• Interface with customers, suppliers and the manufacturing group.
• Growth potential into an Operations Manager position.
