Job summary

ICL Group seeks a Process Engineer in the St. Louis area to identify and implement process improvements through chemical engineering principles, working with operators, maintenance staff, plant leadership and corporate support teams. You should have a B.S.

in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred) and at least 3 years of manufacturing or chemical processing experience. Local candidates only; relocation not offered.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing or chemical processing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex problems using data.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to lead change.
  • Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed to support department operation.

  • Participate or lead plant safety activities.

What will set me apart?

  • 5 years' experience in manufacturing or food or chemical processing
  • Preferred experience in calcium phosphates, potassium phosphates, and sodium aluminum phosphates.

Compensation at ICL: If you are hired at ICL, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. We also offer a generous benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).


Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000


Annual Bonus Target: 5%, subject to plan provisions.
