Job summary

Taural India is seeking a skilled CNC programming professional to drive machining for HMC, VMC, and turning operations. You will design and procure jigs and fixtures for NPD, draft with AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and ensure part feasibility and cycle-time optimization.

Role requires hands-on experience with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mazak control systems, plus PFMEA, PPAP involvement, and GD&T understanding. Strong communication and initiative are essential to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC programming and process planning experience.
• Ability to analyze and design jig, fixture and tooling for NPD.
• Knowledge of GD&T and reading component drawings.

Responsibilities

• CNC programming for HMC, VMC, and turning operations.
• Control of Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, Doosan, Okuma, DMG machines.
• Design and procure jigs, fixtures and tooling for NPD; draft with AutoCAD.
• Drafting with AutoCAD and SolidWorks; minimum 2 years in drafting.
• Process validation, PFMEA, control plans, and creating process drawings.
• Support PPAP, RFQ submissions and calculate cycle times.
• Drive continual improvement to reduce costs and cycle times.
• Standardize processes with SOPs and work instructions.
• Understand aluminum casting machining parameters and cycle times.
• Coordinate with QA for CMM inspection and GD&T requirements.
• Interpret drawings in detail with critical parameters; understand quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with Mazak, Fanuc and Siemens controls.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. CNC programming (HMC, VMC & CNC turning), NPD part machining proves out (Hands on Experience).

2. CNC Machines control (Fanuc & Siemens) knowledge of Mazak, Doosan, Okuma and DMG HMC machines.

3. Process Planning/designing, Cutting tool selection (HMC, VMC & CNC turning), Machine selection, Feasibility Study.

4. Designing and procuring of Jigs, fixtures, Gauges and tooling for NPD. Hands on exp on AutoCAD.

5. AutoCAD & Solid Work Experience in Drafting Minimum 2 years.

6. Process validation, PFMEA, control plan, Process wise drawing and work standard sheet preparation.

7. Involvement in development planning, PPAP, RFQ submission activities & Cycle time calculation.

8. Continuously improving the process for cost reduction, cycle time reduction.

9. Standardization using SOP And Work instructions preparation and Validation.

10. Good Process knowledge of Machining of aluminum casting cutting parameters and Cycle time Calculations.

11. Ability to understand the quality requirements, CMM and inspection process.

12. Ability to understand component drawings in detail with GD & T requirement and critical parameters.

13. Hands on working experience on Mazak, Fanuc and Siemens control machine. (HMC, VMC & CNC).

14. Good communication skills and self-initiatives for continuous improvement- Kaizen.
