Job summary

Job description

Job Title: Process Engineer

In this role, you will support automated assembly and plastic injection molding operations across multiple product lines. You will work hands‑on with equipment, tooling, and processes to improve quality, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.

Essential Skills

• Hands‑on experience with injection molding.
• Minimum of 3 years of injection molding experience.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with root‑cause investigation, technical writing, and statistical analysis.
• RJG Master Molder 1 certification.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in medical, aerospace, or defense industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Six Sigma Certifications.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, process engineering, and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

This role is fully onsite in a manufacturing facility with injection molding equipment and automated assembly systems. Standard production-floor PPE requirements include safety shoes, goggles, and hearing protection. The environment involves exposure to machinery noise and may require extended periods of standing or sitting. Travel up to 10% may be required, using personal vehicles. Working hours are Monday to Friday, either from 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $88000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
