Job summary

Digitailor is seeking a Process Engineer to drive process improvements across Manufacturing and Operations. You will apply engineering fundamentals to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency while adhering to ISO procedures.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting formula processing issues, identifying opportunities for improvement, sourcing equipment, and developing specifications for packaging. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
• Experience in R&D, Operations, Regulatory and Finance, preferred.
• Strong written & verbal communication.
• Ability to create/design P&ID diagrams and ISO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Trouble-shoot process and quality issues with formula processing within Manufacturing.
• Identify operational opportunities and propose changes to upgrade, improve or streamline processes and facilities within the SIP network.
• Source new equipment as needed.
• Develop specifications for new packaging.
• Drive measurable results and impact of process changes.
• Follow established ISO Procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned.
