Job description

The Business Operations Team is responsible for helping lead GCSM into the next phase of operational excellence and control management. This includes proactively identifying operational, financial, and compliance risks, ensuring that effective controls are in place and functioning as intended to support business continuity, and maintaining compliance with both internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

This position reports to Senior Manager, GCSM Business Operations.

• Strong organizational and process management skills combined with a comfort working in a dynamic environment - able to deliver results with and without direction while balancing multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory expectations, audit methodologies, and enterprise risk management practices including RCSA framework.
• Have experience working across/with product, risk and compliance functions and have a knowledgeable understanding of the various risks and regulatory obligations of a large financial services organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios.
• Drive results and be a team player with a strong collaborative orientation.
• Be experienced working in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment, developing relationships across organizational boundaries and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong relationship management and proven track record of positively collaborating with and influencing business partners and stakeholders, across the matrix and at all band levels.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels of the organization, effectively leveraging storytelling to drive understanding & alignment.
• Experience with model development/technical is a plus, especially for reporting/analytics processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
