Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opening for a Process Engineer at its Mansfield, Ohio facility. This role provides engineering expertise for planning and executing technical projects within the Hot Strip and manages projects in collaboration with the department on capital initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, 2–5 years in manufacturing, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely with PPE.

The Process Engineer manages project and works closely with the department in the development and planning of capital projects.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in steelmaking or metals manufacturing.


• Experience in a union environment.
