Michael Page is seeking a Process Engineer in Lititz, PA to support production and maintenance teams in achieving plant performance goals. You will lead reliability initiatives, manage capital projects, and optimize processes on the production floor.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical engineering and at least 3 years in manufacturing with strong root-cause analysis, CAD proficiency (AutoCAD), and knowledge of maintenance practices and PLC systems.

Provide process engineering support to production and maintenance teams to achieve plant performance goals
Lead initiatives to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing efficiency
Develop and implement predictive and preventative maintenance strategies
Drive root cause analysis and structured problem-solving efforts for recurring equipment and process issues
Manage capital and expense projects from scope development through execution
Coordinate engineering design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities
Support annual budgeting and forecasting for maintenance and reliability projects
Monitor and analyze reliability metrics, machine efficiency data, and process performance indicators
Conduct equipment criticality assessments, FMEA, and reliability-centered maintenance activities
Develop equipment maintenance plans and continuous improvement initiatives
Work with maintenance teams to establish predictive maintenance protocols and best practices
Lead cross-functional teams focused on reducing downtime and improving operational performance
Maintain and update SOPs, maintenance strategies, and process documentation
Ensure compliance with engineering, safety, environmental, and quality standards
Support implementation of new technologies and reliability-focused manufacturing improvements
Maintain an active presence on the production floor to support operations and troubleshoot issues

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
3+ years of process engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience improving equipment reliability, maintenance programs, and process performance
Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methodologies
Project management experience involving manufacturing equipment or process improvements
Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
Understanding of predictive and preventative maintenance practices
Experience conducting FMEA, reliability assessments, or maintenance strategy development preferred
Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial manufacturing processes preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
