Troubleshooting: Observe and investigate hardware and product quality issues, identify root source causes, and implement solutions to efficiently resolve the problem and prevent future failures. Utilize engineering drawings, hardware manuals, and analytical problem‑solving methodologies to understand system functionality and failures. Create and leverage relationships with internal resources and industry experts for technical support.

Product Management: Create and modify product master data such as bills of materials, formulations, raw materials, and related documentation. Setup and maintain quality specifications and supporting test methods. Participate in the scale up of new products from prototype to full accreditation.

Reporting: Confidential Document day‑to‑day troubleshooting events and resolution implementations on a regular basis. Summarize experimental planning and results in written technical reports and present findings to site and corporate leadership. Document all project work within the Process Safety Management (PSM) covered process areas to fulfill all PSM documentation standards. Effectively utilize change management documentation via temporary and permanent change instructions.

Design: Partner with engineers, technicians, and drafters to design new hardware and software modifications, repairs, and process improvements. Evaluate P&ID, mechanical, and electrical drawings to design solutions to existing problems and propose continuous improvement opportunities.
