Job summary

Magna International, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing-oriented professional to lead process development, drive production start-up and provide ongoing production support.

You will implement engineering changes and improvements while ensuring compliance with environmental requirements across operations. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, system improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Post-secondary Engineering education or related experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 1 year experience in troubleshooting, repairing and improving systems.
• Operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Leads process development, production start-up, production support and the implementation of engineering changes and process improvements.
• Ensures environmental aspects of production are considered.
