The Process Engineer is responsible for establishing and maintaining the reliable operation and qualified state of equipment and business processes in their support area. Ensure equipment is in control, compliant, and capable of meeting customer needs, while driving continuous improvement. The Engineer engages with the cross-functional support team as an equipment subject matter expert to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
This role supports the Indy Parenteral Central Inspection area, primarily in B108.

Compensation depends on education, experience, skills, and location, with an anticipated salary range of $64,500 - $167,200. Benefits include a 401(k), pension, health insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Lilly reserves the right to amend its programs as needed.
