Crane Resistoflex is seeking a process engineer to support production on the shop floor through daily troubleshooting and root cause analysis, ensuring safe, quality, and high-throughput operations. Position Summary: A process engineer at Crane Resistoflex is responsible for supporting production through daily trouble shooting and root cause analysis to ensure processes are safe, meet quality and throughput requirements and make the work easier for the operators. This requires hands on involvement and working on the shop floor. In addition to this support, they will be responsible for design and implementation of tooling and/or process changes to improve manufacturing processes. They will also own larger cost reduction projects from ideation, feasibility and design, Capital Expenditure approval, and implementation. Lead/Support quality improvement initiatives as per IATF 16949-2016 to achieve set sigma level for value stream. Guide production team on issue resolution using knowledge relevant to your department specialties.
