Position Overview
Under the direction of the relevant Department Manager (Engineering/Operations/CI), the Process Engineer is responsible for the overall development and maintenance of documentation that captures best operating practices in the plant. The key objective of this role is to reduce variation in operating methods thereby improving the reliability and repeatability of processes. The Process Engineer will work within the 6 MHPS systems to lead technician teams to standardize processes and procedures for the plant, including, but not limited to, processing, packaging, maintenance and engineering departments. This role will work with Department Managers to ensure that the formal change process is used thereby ensuring that change proposals are appropriately evaluated prior to change.

Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan .
