Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Experience with automation, process improvement, and production support.
• Strong problem-solving, technical communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Must be a U.S. Person per EAR and ITAR.
• Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, 5S, or Kaizen experience.
• Aerospace, defense, electronics, hybrid, or PCBA manufacturing experience.
• Experience with automated inspection, wire bonding, pick-and-place systems, or cleanroom manufacturing.
• Familiarity with MIL specifications, quality systems, and advanced inspection methods.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
