Actalent in Dickson, TN is seeking a Process Engineer to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements within a small, on-site facility. You will lead continuous improvement, ensure up-to-date documentation, and act as the technical expert for hourly personnel in a plastics environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or technical field and 3+ years in plastics processing, with strong problem-solving, CAD skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

• Ability to read, interpret, and manipulate drawings and understand tolerance stack.

Job Title: Process Engineer Job Description As a Process Engineer, you will take responsibility for ensuring safety for yourself and others by promoting safety awareness and correcting unsafe conditions. You will lead and support a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on enhancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost within your assigned area and the facility overall. You will act as the In Control and Capable leader for your designated area or process, ensuring that product documentation is consistently up to date through active use of change control and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs). Work Environment

Work Environment This position offers a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment within a smaller site consisting of around 50 employees and 3-4 Engineers. The company respects work/life balance, with typical working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, and flexibility on start and end times. Overtime work is uncommon.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Dickson, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $105000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. They offer PTO and Benefits
