Job summary

Cosma International in Bowling Green, KY, is seeking a manufacturing associate to support process development, start-up and production improvements, while ensuring environmental considerations are met.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with post-secondary engineering education or related experience; knowledge of Word/Excel and at least one year in manufacturing; troubleshooting and equipment operate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Post-secondary Engineering education or related experience is preferred.
• Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel are preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in troubleshooting, repairing and improving systems is preferred.
• Operate standard office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Leads process development, production start-up, production support and the implementation of engineering changes and process improvements.
