Responsibilities

• Design complete water and wastewater treatment systems across drinking water, wastewater, reuse, industrial, modular, recreational, and residential applications.
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, hydraulic calculations, process control narratives, equipment specifications, and BOMs.
• Support factory testing, site commissioning, startup activities, permitting, regulatory compliance, and client-facing technical discussions.

On offer is a highly technical and hands-on Process Engineer role where you will take ownership of complete water and wastewater treatment system designs from concept through commissioning. You will develop process flow diagrams, P&IDs, hydraulic calculations, equipment specifications, mass balances, process narratives, and bills of materials while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, supporting permitting activities, engaging directly with clients, and leading commissioning activities in the field. The Role:

• Design complete water and wastewater treatment systems across drinking water, wastewater, reuse, industrial, modular, recreational, and residential applications
• Develop PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances, hydraulic calculations, process control narratives, equipment specifications, and BOMs
• Work on high-value projects in a fast-growing startup environment with progression opportunities as the business scales
• Support factory testing, site commissioning, startup activities, permitting, regulatory compliance, and client-facing technical discussions

The Candidate:

• Water and/or wastewater treatment process engineering experience
• Experience designing treatment systems including conventional and advanced treatment technologies such as membrane filtration, biological treatment, disinfection, advanced oxidation, ion exchange, and electrochemical processes
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, with Texas PE highly desirable
• Experience with process design ownership, commissioning activities, regulatory compliance, and fast-paced engineering environments
