Process Engineer

Seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations. This role will optimize production processes, enhance quality, and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Ideal candidates will have experience in injection molding, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
  2. Implement and maintain Lean Methodologies, Six Sigma, and other process improvement processes.
  3. Lead problem-solving efforts and collaborate cross-functionally on new product launches.
  4. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  5. Identify and manage CAPEX projects for process improvements and scalability.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations.
  7. Conduct root cause analysis, process audits, and risk assessments.
  8. Utilize statistical tools to track and analyze performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
  2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in a production environment.
  3. Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
