Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Process Electrical and Instrumentation Technician at our Phoenix operation in Battle Mountain, Nevada. This role involves preventive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems related to mining operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience performing electrical and instrumentation duties required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, follow instructions, and provide feedback.
• Good safety record and ability to work with various safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform preventive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of power distribution.
• Must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and callouts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

Reading blueprints

Troubleshooting electrical/instrumentation circuits

Working with minimal supervision

Experience with PLC controls
