Kettle Cuisine, LLC. seeks a New Product Development professional in Everett, WA to assist in transitioning recipes from Culinary to production and to support new product launches with quality control across shifts.

You will collaborate with Culinary, QA, and process teams to translate R&D recipes to scalable batch methods, train staff, and ensure packaging integrity and costing accuracy. The role requires at least 3 years in food manufacturing, a degree in Food Science, and strong Excel/Ross

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in the food industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related field.
• Familiar with a variety of food technologies and procedures.
• Experience in variable temperature environments.
• Flexibility to oversee off-shift production.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP and government regulations.
• Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of Ross ERP system.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Culinary to develop product specifications within acceptable ranges.
• Translate R&D recipes to scaled, factory-ready batch manufacturing recipes with step-by-step procedures.
• Train production teams to prep, cook, and handle product and materials to standard.
• Monitor preliminary batches to ensure standards and quality.
• Ensure product, packaging, and labeling integrity during new launches.
• Maintain product and process data in Ross ERP and Recipe Manager.
• Determine accurate yield and waste for costing and inventory management.
• Participate in tastings with Culinary and QA for releases.
• Attend weekly New Product Development meetings.
• Assist launch meetings with operations, QA, procurement, and planning teams.
• Support cross-functional changes through trials and system updates.
• Assist in evaluating proposed new ingredients.
• Support Product & Process Optimization projects.
• Investigate customer complaints with cross-functional teams and provide solutions.
• Create Gold standard photo standards.
