Sun Pharma seeks a MSTG Scientist I to drive process development, exhibit batch execution, and validation activities in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field.
• Minimum four (4) years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 1-2 years experience with Solid Oral Dosage (OSD) product development and manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical reasoning, writing, and reporting skills.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication; CEFR B1+ English.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct DOE, process optimization studies, and qualification batches.
• Analyze process data using statistical tools to support development and improvement.
• Support product development from concept to process characterization and qualification.
• Participate in cleaning validation and related development activities.
• Develop and review Master Batch Records, Exhibit Protocols, and Validation Documents.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical troubleshooting to manufacturing operations and support tech transfer.
• Lead compliance investigations and CAPA activities; support Change Control.
