Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using Design of Experiments (DOE) methods to characterize variables.
• Ability to analyze data and quantify impacts on processes.
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams across functions.
• Basic programming experience to collect data and streamline analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present experimental results clearly to teams.

Responsibilities

• Design of Experiments (DOE) methods to characterize variables
• Material qualification and development of testing methods
• Leading projects and influencing cross functional teams
• Data analysis and analytical technics to quantify impact
• Develop and implement methodologies to improve characterization efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvements
• Teamwork interacting with a wide variety of teams (Integration, Manufacturing, Planning)
• Basic programing experience to efficiently collect data and streamline analysis
• Strong communication and presentation skills to present experiment results
