Texas Instruments in Dallas is seeking a process development / integration engineering intern within the Analog Technology Development (ATD) group. You will help define and develop next-generation process and device technologies to drive improvements in performance and cost.

The internship offers hands-on experiments, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with design, reliability, manufacturing, and product teams.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing graduate degree in engineering, physics, or chemistry with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Texas Instruments is seeking a process development / integration engineering intern within the Analog Technology Development (ATD) group. We work to define and develop the next generation process and device technologies for TI; driving step-function improvements in performance and cost.

ATD Creates Word-class Technologies By
  • Working with the business units to set process targets, including transistor and passive device performance objectives
  • Working with manufacturing to drive process and material development
  • Ensuring technologies meet cost, performance, reliability, and yield objectives
Responsibilities Include
  • Establishing unit process and process integration strategies to meet objectives
  • Support the development and ramp by executing process experiments (SWRs) Model and collect / analyze device and process yield data
  • Working with design and system, productization, reliability and manufacturing to ensure the process technologies meets objectives.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing graduate degree in areas such as Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field
  • Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA
Preferred Qualifications
  • Semiconductor device physics coursework and research experience
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
