Boston Scientific seeks a Process Development Engineering Intern to connect R&D to manufacturing, developing scalable processes and test systems for high-volume production. You’ll work hands-on with equipment to design fixtures, apply data analysis, and support process validation across multiple business areas.

Ideal candidates are mechanical/biomedical/materials engineers, with curiosity, ownership of projects, and the ability to collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• Must graduate Fall 2027–Spring 2029 in Mechanical/Biomedical/Materials, or related field.

You will contribute to delivering innovative solutions, enabling new products and therapies through advanced process capabilities, and executing committed projects. Internship opportunities may be available across several business areas, including Electrophysiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management, Diagnostics, Endoscopy, and Urology. This role is well suited for engineering students who enjoy hands-on problem solving, equipment and fixture development, and data-driven engineering.
