Job summary

American Cable & Harness | Electronic Technologies International in Fort Atkinson, WI seeks an Electrical Engineer to drive process design, development, and continuous improvement across PCB and cable/wire harness assembly lines. You’ll work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Sales to optimize manufacturability and customer results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing/process engineering, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, electronics technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing/process engineering or related roles.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operator instructions, assembly documentation, and manufacturing procedures for new products and revisions.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, throughput and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Operations and Quality.
