Responsibilities

• Develop troubleshooting skills for hardware & software issues.
• May handle products, must follow safety and material handling processes.
• Support purchasing as needed.
• Use of Radio Frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accuracy
• Use of computer and WMS, TMS, and ERP software
• May use Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) such as walkie rider, sit-down forklift, order picker, and stand-up reach truck

POSITION SUMMARY

This position plays a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe work environment. Ensures timely order processing, and clear communication across internal and external customers. DIRECTION OF OTHERS

Assign work for the warehouse using Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ability to train others as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience using WMS, TMS, or ERP preferred
• Understanding of warehouse processes preferred
• Ability to professionally interact with vendors and customers via phone, email, and chat
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety instructions and warehouse documents. Support continuous improvement efforts.
• Demonstrates strong English proficiency, including the ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively
• Detail oriented for managing inventory and assigning work for the warehouse
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction)
• High school graduate or GED required

PAY RANGE

$19.90 - $28.80

PROFIT SHARING

In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
