Job summary

Grace is seeking a Process Controls Engineer to join the Maintenance team at our Pasadena, TX site. You will oversee site-wide process control systems, including DCS and PLCs, with responsibilities spanning programming, maintenance, security, backups, documentation, upgrades and new installations of plant control systems.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 7-10 years experience and knowledge of the design, selection, and application of process control equipment.
• Strong technical and problem‑solving skills, failure analysis, and maintenance.
• Good communication skills at all levels of the organization and ability to work in a team.
• Attention to details with high standards for accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities

• Support plant and lab Instrument and Control systems (Yokogawa, Rockwell, Modicon, Delta V).
• Network administration for process control systems and troubleshooting.
• Maintain backup and security systems for servers, workstations, and controllers.
• Program, configure, test and troubleshoot applications.
• Drive alarm compliance, provide DCS alarm reports and guidance.
