We are seeking a dedicated Process Control Technician to uphold the highest standards across all production departments. In this role, you will implement process quality practices and systems, validate processes, document findings, and train staff to ensure consistent production quality. The ideal candidate will adhere to personnel, product, and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Production Control Coordinator, SQF Practitioner, Customer Service Manager, Plant Manager, and production staff to review and validate quality processes and systems.
• Oversee calibration of measurement and testing equipment.
• Assist in hazard analyses, identifying critical control points, establishing preventive measures, and monitoring procedures.
• Address customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions as required.
• Conduct program audits and surveillance to ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
• Report any actual or potential food safety issues to management.
