Job Title: Process Control Engineer (R1-R4)

Eli Lilly and Company is looking for a Process Control Engineer to enhance manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include monitoring and assessing capacity and performance, analyzing issues, improving processes and control systems, renovating existing equipment, and specifying new equipment. The role involves collaboration with operations, technical service, quality control, and plant engineering teams. The engineer will contribute to safety, quality, and environmental initiatives to ensure compliance and uphold high standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in process control engineering, manufacturing engineering, or petrochemical manufacturing.
  • Experience troubleshooting, modeling, simulation, and equipment inspection.
  • Experience working in regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in developing drawings and control logic for integration.
  • Knowledge of S88 and control theory.
