Qualifications

• Knowledge of industrial process control design and PLC programming.
• Ability to design, develop, and optimize control systems.
• Must be able to work any shift, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for programming and system maintenance of PLC's and HMI's.
• Monitor, program and maintain plant PLC control systems.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment.

Skills

Knowledge of maintenance procedures

Ability to communicate with technical specialists

Strong oral and written communication skills

Leadership qualities

Understanding of ethernet I/P networking

Root cause failure analysis

PLC programming (ladder logic, function block)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience applying modern technology

Experience in Controls systems support

Ability to read technical engineering drawings

Advanced knowledge in PLC, HMI DCS

Good working knowledge in Expert Control systems

Education

Degree in Engineering (BS Electrical or Computer Science)
