Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive supervisor to lead an hourly stamping-die production team on site in Missouri. You will organize workflow to meet daily quality and productivity standards, coach standardized work, and drive improvements through servant leadership.

Relationship-building with union and management is essential for success. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in supervision or manufacturing, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SMIRT Die Shop, and the ability to work rotating shifts,

Qualifications

High School Diploma; Die Maker Journeyman's card preferred.
3+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SMIRT Die Shop.
Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision‑Making Process (MDMP).

Responsibilities

Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces stamping dies, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements.
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work.
Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high-performance standards through servant leadership.
Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.
