Responsibilities
  1. Use your entrepreneurial skills and team mindset to come up with data-driven solutions.
  2. Build and lead an agile team to deliver the advanced technology that drives the future.
  3. Create a culture of trust, encourage diversity of thought and foster leadership in others.
  4. Be part of the historic transformation of the automotive industry.
  5. Contribute to the launch of the BlueOval Battery Park Michigan facility in Marshall, Michigan, producing lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery cells for next-generation Ford EVs.
  6. Support the establishment of a new wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company with job creation and established processes for production readiness (targeting 2026 production).
Qualifications

You'll Have…

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5+ years of working experience in a logistics, and/or logistics planning position within a manufacturing plant.
  • Ability to work any shift, as well as rotating shifts and weekends.
  • 3 years of experience in new warehousing and logistics planning projects.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, constraint management principles, logistics planning and management.

Even Better, You'll Have…

  • Associate's degree highly preferred.
  • MP&L (Material Planning & Logistics) experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
  • Familiar with ERP system background logic (SAP, MES, LES, etc.) structure.
  • At least 3 years of experience in system audits (e.g., process, inventory, safety).
