TPC Group is seeking a Process Chemist to partner with production teams to ensure unit performance and product quality. You will provide technical and analytical expertise for assigned process units and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include developing analytical methods (GC, IC, TOC, Karl Fischer), supporting QA, leading safety and process improvements, and collaborating with operations and R&D to optimize unit operation and troubleshoot issues.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in process chemistry and/or analytical laboratories.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures safe and reliable operation in the lab, driving high safety standards.
• Collaborate on cross-functional process team to monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and identify improvements.
• Provide technical guidance to manufacturing and production teams for chemical processes.
