Notes:

• BS with 2-3 years XP OR PhD with academic XP, and experience in:
• Small molecule XP
• HPLC, GC, NMR, UCMS, crystallization
• Large scale-up (100+ grams)

• Looking for a Process Chemist:
• Open to degrees: PhD, MS, BS
• Experience in a scale-up lab, preferably from CRO
• Reaction optimization experience ideal
• Large scale-up experience: 100s grams to kilos
• Small molecule work
• Mix of inorganic or organic chemistry is fine
• Proficiency with HPLC, GC, NMR, UCMS, crystallization
• Chemdraw, Microsoft Word, Excel skills required

Must Have:

• Organic synthesis and lab experience
• Knowledge in setting up reactions
• Organic chemistry knowledge

Job Responsibilities

Seeking a talented individual to join our process chemistry team in Boston, MA. Responsibilities include designing and executing synthetic organic experiments, troubleshooting chemistry issues, analyzing data, and working independently and collaboratively.

• Design, execute, and interpret experiments with reliability and attention to detail
• Utilize analytical tools (NMR, HPLC, LCMS, Biotage) effectively
• Generate hypotheses and set experimental directions
• Manage multiple experiments efficiently
• Contribute to development strategies and devise solutions to synthesis challenges
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with cGMP and SOPs
• Communicate findings clearly in written and verbal formats
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Education and Experience

• PhD with 0-3 years relevant experience, OR
• MS with 2-6 years relevant experience, OR
• BS with 2-10 years relevant experience
