Position Overview:

This role focuses on enhancing and streamlining software development and delivery practices to maximize efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The Process Architect will analyze current workflows, identify areas for improvement, and lead the implementation of tools, training, and documentation to support scalable delivery models.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Optimize development and release processes to enable frequent, reliable deployments.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including tool validation and integration.
• Manage software delivery initiatives utilizing Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Act as a Program Manager, ensuring stakeholder alignment and proactively mitigating project risks.

Candidate Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development within structured or regulated environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile practices and experience with cloud-based software delivery.
• Proven leadership in managing organizational change and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable.

Position Details:

• Fully remote role; candidates must be based on the U.S. West Coast.
• Occasional travel required (~5%).
