Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Application Specialist with expertise in Die Cast to join our team. This role involves optimizing die cast processes, analyzing manufacturing issues, designing process improvements, managing projects, and ensuring quality and efficiency in production and at customer sites.

This is a remote position, requiring travel to customer sites and company offices/laboratories. Residence in Eastern or Central Time Zone is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current die cast processes to identify improvements.
  • Develop and implement process strategies with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with customers to optimize die cast tooling and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and support production and customers.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency.
  • Conduct process audits and recommend efficiency enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in Die Cast.
  • Coordinate with vendors for material sourcing.
  • Train teams and customers on new processes and equipment.
  • Document process changes and results accurately.
