Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Application Specialist with expertise in Die Cast to join our team. You will optimize and improve die cast processes both within our organization and at customer sites. Your responsibilities include analyzing manufacturing processes, troubleshooting, designing process improvements, managing large projects, and ensuring quality and efficiency in die cast production.

This is a remote position with travel to customer sites and company offices/laboratories as needed. Ideally, candidates will reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze current die cast processes to identify improvements.
2. Collaborate with teams to develop and implement process strategies.
3. Work directly with customers to optimize diecast processes, tooling, and equipment.
4. Troubleshoot process issues and support production and customers.
5. Develop quality control measures to ensure product consistency.
6. Conduct process audits and recommend efficiency enhancements.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advances in Die Cast.
8. Coordinate with vendors for sourcing materials.
9. Train teams and customers on new processes and equipment.
10. Document process changes and results accurately.
