Job summary

INEOS Acetyls is seeking an Analyzer Technician to provide technical expertise for Process Analyzer Systems, ensuring equipment functionality and compliance. You will troubleshoot failures, support reliability improvements, and develop maintenance procedures to support document control.

Responsibilities include maintaining instrumentation, recording calibrations, and training less experienced technicians, with after-hours support for priority jobs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree related to Instrumentation or Analyzers or equivalent military technical training.
• At least 5 years of practical analyzer work experience in maintaining process analyzers and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain online analytical instrumentation through preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Perform routine checks to ensure equipment functionality and reliability.
• Keep accurate calibration records per site procedures and documentation standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues affecting analytical systems.
• Support capital improvement projects including scope development and commissioning.
• Maintain documentation and drawings to support continuous operation and improvement of analyzers.
• Provide after-hours support for priority jobs and outages.
• Train and mentor less experienced Analyzer Technicians.
• Utilize SAP to support maintenance and reliability processes.
• Assist with audits and process safety management activities.
