Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Process Analyst to drive the execution of company-wide initiatives across business units, embedding a culture of innovative and efficient strategy in a healthcare setting.

The Process Analyst acts as a liaison between business units and facilitates business process modeling and research efforts, supporting process improvement across the organization in a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Clinical degree preferred.
• PMP and Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
• Experience with project management methodologies from initiation to closing.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills.

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Process Analyst to drive the execution of Company-wide initiativesand activities across business units to embed a culture of innovative and efficient strategy. The ProcessAnalyst acts as a liaison between business units and facilitates business process modeling and researchefforts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clinical degree preferred

• Project management certification (PMP – Project ManagementProfessional) and Six Sigma

• Certification preferred

• Experience with project management methodologies, including projectinitiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing

• Excellent analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills
