Job summary

Korzen Health in Rogers, AR is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient wound management program. This role focuses on procedural medicine, patient-centered care, and a predictable weekday schedule.

You will evaluate and treat acute and chronic wounds, perform debridement and related procedures, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Training and leadership growth are available, with support from experienced staff.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current NP state license (or ability to obtain).
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of one year of clinical NP experience.
• Procedural experience preferred (Urgent Care, EM, Family/Internal/Wound Care).
• Ability to perform procedures within scope and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform wound-related procedures within scope, including debridement.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
