Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington is seeking a Procedural Scheduler in Everett for the Neurology region. This full-time, day-shift role supports surgeons and patients in cost-effective, clinically competent scheduling of surgeries while maintaining patient dignity.
You will manage deadlines and coordinate with clinical teams to align pre-operative appointments with operating room availability, under supervision from nursing leadership and clinic managers.
Procedural Scheduler- Neurology- Regional Cancer Center- Everett
Schedule- Full Time/Days/ No weekends
Work under the direction and supervision of the nursing supervisor, clinic manager, or appropriate staff to support surgeons and patients in delivery of cost-effective, clinically competent, reliable scheduling of surgeries in a safe, respectful manner that ensures patient respect and dignity. Manage deadlines to ensure that patient healthcare needs and surgeon and operating room schedule demands are met. Work with clinical teams in the coordination of pre-operative appointments and patient needs as they arise.
