Job summary

The role requires 2+ years of RN experience in ED/ICU/OR or procedural GI/Endo settings, current TX RN license, BLS and ACLS, and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Must reside within 1 hour (60 minutes) commutable distance of 3500 Gaston Ave, Dallas, TX 75246.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license active in Texas; BLS and ACLS.
• Telemetry testing required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care by the healthcare team using the nursing process.
• Assess patients, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop personalized care plans.
• Delegate tasks based on Texas nursing laws, patient conditions, and staff skills.
• Teach patients and staff; participate in quality improvement activities.
• Monitor patient responses and communicate changes to nursing staff.
