Mass General Brigham is seeking an RN - Procedural for its ambulatory surgical setting in Boston. The role focuses on high-quality patient care, collaboration with the healthcare team, and peri-operative sedation support.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), MA RN license, and ACLS/PALS on hire. Experience ranges from 0-1 year, with 2 years strongly preferred. This is a full-time, day-shift position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience required; 2 years strongly preferred.
• Current RN License in Massachusetts required; ACLS and PALS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
• Provide procedural sedation support and peri-operative patient education.
• Engage in clinical triage and care coordination.
