Job Description Summary
Cath Lab Specific:

The Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Interventional Cardiologist for diagnostic and interventional procedures, including roles such as scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating. Knowledge of X-ray equipment, hemodynamic monitoring, coronary and peripheral anatomy, and sterile technique is required.

Arrhythmia (EP) Specific:

The EP Radiologic Technologist assists the Electrophysiologist for non-invasive and invasive procedures, with knowledge of X-ray equipment, arrhythmia monitoring, cardiac structures, and sterile technique.

Vascular Interventional (VIR) Specific:

The VIR Radiologic Technologist assists in minimally invasive, image-guided vascular procedures, requiring knowledge of fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound equipment.

Neuro Interventional Specific:

The Neuro Interventional Radiologic Technologist assists with diagnostic and interventional procedures, with knowledge of cerebral angiogram coiling, stroke interventions, and sterile technique.

Responsibilities And Duties
  1. Assist in procedures as described above (85%).
  2. Greet patients, review charts, explain procedures, and assist with room turnover (10%).
  3. Assist Radiation Safety officer with QA and radiation safety tasks (5%).

  • ACLS - American Heart Association
  • ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • BLS - American Heart Association
  • State of Ohio Radiologic Licensure
Additional Job Details

$15,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Eligible for external applicants and previous employees with a work commitment of one year.

Position is full-time, day shift. Training opportunities available for newly licensed technologists.
