Job summary

WellSpan Health in York, PA seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care on an ICU/ED-oriented unit. You will act as the primary nurse, delivering treatments, medications, and individualized care plans with interdisciplinary collaboration.

Two years of ICU/Cath Lab/Cardiac/ED experience is preferred; active RN license and BLS required, ACLS/PALS as applicable. On-call with a 30-minute response may apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher nursing degree required or preferred (BSN).
• Minimum 2 years ICU, Cath Lab, Cardiac, or ED experience.
• Licensed RN with active license; BLS required; ACLS/PALS as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as primary nurse for assigned unit.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications per plan.
• Coordinate care and communicate with the care team for safe handoffs.
• Document patient responses and track progress toward outcomes.
• Engage in patient/family education and care planning.
