Job summary

Foot Locker in Sparks, NV is hiring a Problem Resolution associate to manage problem cartons, returns, data entry and non-standard receipts in the warehouse. You will ensure inventory accuracy and timely processing while supporting safety procedures.

The role operates on 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 7:00 am–5:30 pm) and uses RF scanners and store interfaces to identify and fix errors, prioritizing tasks to meet daily goals and maintain accurate stock levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read, write, perform business math and analyze data.
• English proficiency to understand safety instructions and emergencies.
• Safety procedures adherence and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Accurately use RF scanning devices and interfaces to identify problems and fix errors.
• Recognize and communicate recurring issues to leads and supervisors.
• Put away overages, fix inventory discrepancies and cycle count locations.
• Prioritize tasks to meet goals within set time limits.
• Utilize knowledge of divisions, SKUs and sizes to complete tasks.
• Apply knowledge of PO, PPC and product descriptions to tasks.
• Follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Adhere to daily procedures and trainings; perform other duties as assigned.
