Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 21 years of age; valid Arizona driver's license by hire date.
- Background check, fingerprinting, urinalysis, and driving record review.
- Completion of 16 hours COJET-approved training annually.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer designated court programs (e.g., Community Restitution Program, MRT Programming).
- Develop and conduct Restitution and training programs (Life Skills, Job Development, Arts Programming).
- Collaborate with community organizations, public agencies, coalitions, schools to build and implement programs.
